Cash Applications Manager
Kimberley joined the RCB team in March 2018 bringing 30 years of revenue cycle experience with her. This experience ranges from front office registration to managing teams responsible for billing, insurance collections and payment posting in a large hospital health system. Additionally, she has experience in being a team member responsible for implementing new EMR’s, Billing Software and lockbox set up for the hospital system.
In her role as Cash Application Manager, she is responsible for leading the cash team to meet weekly and monthly balancing goals. This ensures that all A/R posting is current and reporting accurately for our clients’ financial reports. Additionally, Kimberley completes quarterly audits of the team to ensure all policy and procedures are met and identify any processes which may need to be implemented or revised.
