With more than 30 years of experience in healthcare accounts receivable resolution and management, Paula is responsible for leading daily processes to ensure timely resolution to outstanding AR, while enhancing Days Sales Outstanding. She works closely with clients and manages a team to ensure maximum reimbursement and client satisfaction. Prior to joining RC Billing Paula worked for a large physician based company where she worked closely with IT to assist with creating and implementing an electronic charge capture software. Her specialties include collections, authorization, eligibility, cash posting, charge capture and billing.
