With over 30 years of administrative experience in healthcare, Karen has an eye for improving and re-evaluating processes in the clinical environment that can often put at risk patient growth, lack of reimbursement from insurance providers and possible missed revenue. Prior to joining RC Billing, she served as a Regional Finance Manager for a nationwide radiation therapy management company where she trained radiation oncology coders in coding and compliance, verification, pre-authorization, pre-determination and financial counseling.  Karen holds a Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration. She has authoritative guidance documentation support for her recommendations within her research history to help clients with both government and commercial payer billing rules and regulations.
